The
mobil homes must be hired by week. Arrival on Saturdays after 3.00 PM. Departure on
Saturdays before noon. |
|
|
mobil homes are equipped with piped water, refrigerator, gas, electricity, plates and dishes, parasol,
table and gardenchairs. |
|
|
Linen
and sheets have to be brought along by the tennants. |
|
|
A reservation will
be definitive after reception of a down-payment of 30% of the total sum. The rest should
be paid on arrival. |
|
|
An inventory will
be provided by the reception on arrival. All damage to the inventory or missing objects at
the end of the stay will be subtracted from a deposit of €
150,-, made on the day of
arrival. |
|
|
The
mobil homes have to be left clean on departure, in case of the contrary, a sum of €
25,-
will be charged
for cleaning. |
|
|
Every stay that
has commenced must be paid for in total for the period booked in advance. |
|
|
No refunds will be
given on the down-payments and other payments made, they can, however, be reserved for a
later stay in the future. |
|
|
For
mobil homes-rentals no refunds will be given when a cancellation is made less than 2 month
prior to the date of arrival. |
